under Preliminary Order 249118 approvec� June 3� 1970 ,
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby�esolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be ptoceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to coustruct a public sewer ia PBO�PE�ITY AV1�1tJE froe4 350 fdet South of Ames
Avenue to Ao�es Avenne, {S-1428)
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 6,197:70
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th day of
Auguat, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
Hou�e and City Hail Building ix� the City of St. PauL That the Gommissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total c�rst thereof as estimated.
