RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission, dated July 14, 1970, Martin Tschida
be paid the sum of $280.00 out of the Workmen' s Compensation
Account of the General Fund, representing four weeks of
temporary total disability at the rate of $70.00 per week,
by reason of injuries he received on January 7, 1970, while
employed by the Department of Public Works.
