Said sale to be on the basis of a request for proposals as authorized in Section 87A.01 (5� of the St. Pau1 Legislative Code: "The southwesterly one-half of St. Peter Street lying between the northerly and southerly lines extended easterly of Lot l, Block 20, Rice and Irvine's Addition �o Saint Fa.u1, except that triangular portion thereof described as follows; Beginning at the �oint of intersection of the centerline of St. Peter Street and the extended southerly line of Lot l, Block 20, Rice and Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul; thence westerly along said extended southerly line of Lot l, a distance of 13-0 feet to a point; thence northeasterly alon� a straight line te a point cn the centerline of St. Peter Street 13•5 feet distant northwesterl;� of point of beginning; thence southe�sterly alcng said centerline of St. Peter Street a distance of 13.5 feet to the point ef beginning." subjec+ to the following terms and conditions: l.
