directed to prepare,plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

To the Commissioner of Finance of the Citq of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, havin� had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 248618 approved
April 29th. 19 70 relative to reconstructing the aidewalk oa tbe
east side of Chippewa Ave. from W. �iyosing St. to W. �Iinona St. and by doing
sll other work Which is necessarq and iacidental tc co�plete said i�provesent.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for �tandard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $4.60 per lia. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wideo
2. A plan, profile or aketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
