RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Hous-
ing, Building and Fire Prevention at its meeting of July 9, 1969,
pertaining to the property located at 477 Holly owned by Mrs.
Estella Goodvin and described as:
Except � of Lot 16 , all of Lot 17, Block 14, Woodland
Park Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 34 .01, Section 54.07 and Sect-
ion 54. 13 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no space shall
be used for occupancy or sleeping purposes on condition that no
more than one tenant occupy the basement apartment at said prop-
erty; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time
as the property at 477 Holly be sold or any other right, title or
interest be transferred at which time said waiver be nullified;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the prior Resolution of this Council,
Council File No. 249416 , approved June 23, 1970 is hereby rescin-
ded.
