COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered into an agreement
with the U.S. Department of Labor for a Grant under the Departments
Cooperative Area Manpower Planning System (CAMPS) Program; and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul is to receive certain funds
from the U.S. Department of Labor under this agreement; and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul is required to account to the
U.S. Department of Labor on the expenditure of paid funds; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a speaial revenue fund be established to be
known as the "Mayor's Program for Ma.npower Planning". All receipts
for this program shall, be deposited in this fund, and all
disbursements for this program shall be from this fund; now there-
fore, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller shall assign the
proper account number.
