WHEREAS, the Council of the Gity of Saint Paul deems it
desirable that the City participate in a Police and Community
Relations Institute und�r Public Law g0-351, the Omnibus Crime
Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, therefore be it
RESOLVED� That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to make application for federal aid for funding
of said Police and Community Relations Institute through the
Governor' s Commission on Crime Prevention; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into and execute any necessary
agreements for administration and implementation of said program.
