Unless and until we receive reassuring evidence in the #orm of a plat on which such reservation is granted to Xcel Energy, we must insist that existing rights stand. If, as suggested by your office, we surrender our righ.s without such assurances, we are not confident that the developer will grant replacement easements. Our experience with this particular developer has reveled a history of constructing buildings in such close probmrty to lot lines or setbacks that no rocm is left for easements. As a result, we havs been compelied to comply with time consuming ad often frustrating permitting processes.
