the contraet from estimates for work done, be paid in advance of the fi�al caffi-
pletion of the contract, and
f�iiHffitEAS, The Co�eissioner and Chief E�gineer of the Depart,ent of Public
Works approve th� payment at this time of $65,0��.00 of the $70,447.35 retaised;

RSSOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are herebq authoriaed
to pay sn esti�ate in the amount of $65,000.00 froe� the retained percentage of
$70,447.35 to said Contractor; and be it
FURTHBR RESOLVBD, That this resolution shall have no force or effect unless
the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto in writing and file �uch
consent with the City Co�ptroller.
