WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and providea
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the G1erk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime worl� in his department during the period from
November 28, 1970 ta December 11, 1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
