and Albion Street to be done as part of the 2002 Signal Installation program, and
WHEREAS, d�e ciTy has en[ered inro a cooperative cOnstruction agreemen[ with the State of Minnesota for
$32,400.00 in Tm�k Hi�hway fundiu„ so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice
of the Long Range Capital Improvement Bssdget Committee, that $32,400 is available for appropriation in the
2002 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended
in the Improvement Budgets, in the following particulars:
