RESOLVED, that the proper City ofPicials be and they are hereby authorized to pay

$62,075.07 to said Contractor; and be it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, that this resolution shall have no force or effect unless the
snreties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto in writing and file such conseat
with the City Comptroller.
