In the Matter of constructing a public sanitary sewer in an ALILY IN WE3T END ADD-
TTiON commencing at the Southeasterly corner of Flalsh Park 'and continuing Northerly
in. said alley until it intersects wifih Albion Street (5-1431),
under Preliminary Order 250817 approved c�etober 15, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the-report of the Commissioner of I+�na.nce
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
. to construct a public sanitary sewer in an ALL'�Y IN {�TSST END ADDITION c�naencin�
at the Southeasterly corner of Walsh Park and continuing Northerly in said alley
until it interseats with Albion Street (S-1431) •
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 5,736.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��A day of
JanuarX., 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Channber of the Court
House and City Iiall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
