In the Matter of constructing 'concrete curb and gutter on CLARENCE STREET �rom
Ivy Avenue to Arlington Avenue (C-0510),
under Preliminary Order 251208 approved November 17, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
npon t�he above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded �vith.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to construct eoncrete curb and �utter on CLARE�TCE STREET frcnn ivy Avenue to
Arlington Avenue (C-0510), .
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1S,435,�0
Resolved Further, That a public�hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th , day of
January, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons �nd in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
