WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul acquired the following
described real property, which property ha.s been under the juris-
diction of the Department of Public Works;
Block fifteen (15) in Como Prospect Addition, accord-
ing to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey
County, Minnesota; and
Tha.t part lying North of the North line of Jessamine
Ave. of the West 32 feet of the East 145 feet of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25,
Township 29 N. , Range 23 W. ;
and
WHEREAS� The Department of Public Works concurs in the transfer
of jurisdiction of the above-described lands to the Depa.rtment of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to become pa.rt of the new
Loeb La.ke Park; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED= That the above-described real property be and is here-
by transferred from the Public Works Department to the Department of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings for the Loeb La.ke Park,
subject to the continued use of the area for the existing storm
sewer system, and that any improvement ma.de or to be ma.de thereto
which might cha.nge the ponding characteristics of the site be
subject to the approval of the Department of Public Works, and,
further, subject to the rights of the Department of Public Works to
enter upon the land for purposes of repairs, maintenance and con-
struction of the sewer lines and ma.nholes.
