4VfiEREAS, on Juae 6th, 2003, Mayor Randy Kelly announced his intention to continue the connection between Ayd Mill
R.oad and Iaterstate 35E, and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul has received an 18-month extension of the permit from the Minnesota Department of Transportation
to continue the connection, to collect additional data, and to complete the reqssired final Environmental Impact Statement, and
WHEREAS, there are available MSA funds in the 2003 RSVP prograxn to fund the &nal Environmental Impact Study, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, sspon recommendation of the Mayor and advice
of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Comauttee, that $350,000 is available for appropriation in the
2003 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by tivs Council, be hereby further ameaded
in the Improvement Budgets, in the following particulars:
