PAUL FOE NCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK C UNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY \ COMMISSIONE � � ATF \ RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action ot the 5aint Paul Board of Appeals and Revie�r for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of October 28, 197Q , pertaining to the property located at 588 Grand Avenue, owned by David K. Coster and described as : Lot 7, Block 5, Terrace Park Addition; waiving the requirement o£ 5ection 54.15 (3) of the 5aint Paul Legislative Code that no wood frame dwelling be occupied above the second floor for living or sleeping purposes except where the original �construCtion provi.c�ed for such occupancy, on condition that: The window exiting from the third floor to the fire escape be converted to a door; the fire escape be extended to grade ledel; the third floor dwelling unit be limited to one occupant; and be it FURTHER RE50LVED, That �aid waiver be granted until such ti.me as the property, Zoca�- a� 5�-S Grand Avenue, be sold or any other right, title ar interest be transferred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it FURTHER RE50LVED, That all other Housing Code deficiencies as set forth in the "Notice of Condemnation" of 588 Grand Ave. , dated October 13, 1970 , be corrected within eighteen months; and be it FINALLY RE50LVED, That the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Register o£ Deeds .
