WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and pravides f or
payment f or overt ime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commi.ssioner of Public IItilities has
suthorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from Nov. 14, 1970, to Nav. 27, 1970: theref ore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who perf ormed such wertime work in
aceordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
