on behalf of the City the said dwelling lease between the

The Tenant having been in possession of the premi�es knows the
condition o� sam�, and ac�mits t2�ai: no repres�i�tations a�; to th�
candition thereof have been m�de hy the C�ty `ahich are no� endorsed ,
thereon, and agrees that the City �rill not alter, repair, nr improve
such premises. �

The Tenant agre�s to keep the premises continually in a
n�at, clean, and orderly cox�dition and <<,�ill keep �h� side�+ralks
in front o€ and along side said premises cleaned ,of ice and snow
. or other objectionable material. A11 ashes, garbage and re£u�e
of any kind is to be removed by tYa� Tenant or at the Tenant' s
expen�e. �
The Tenant agrees to make no claim and to hold the City
harml�ss from claims of others which may arise on account o�
personal injury occurring in or about the pr�mis�y or f�r loss
or damage to personal praperty.
' The City, through its authorized employees or agent�, shall
have the right to enter the premis�s at any time for the purpose
_ of inspection or r�pair tor th� p��mises or equipment therein, or
for such oth�r �urposes as may be deemed necessary by the City.
The City sha11 have the righ�, without notice, to sell,
destroy, or othex�aise dispose of any p�rsof��l prop�rty left on
the premises by the Tenant after he has vacated or abandoiled his
dwellirig unit or been evicted theregrom. �
No repairs or alterations shall be mad� except with the
knowledge and consent of the Cit}T. The Ter�a.nt is to be responsible
� for and will mend at his own cost any and �11 break�ge and damage
done to any par� of t�-ie premises. The T�nant shall replace at his
own expense' any glass broken on said pr�mS.sES during the con�inuanee
of the lease.
The Tenant agrees that all utilitxes, gas, e].ectrici�y, water,
- and fuel tor heating are to be provided hy him. �
The Tenant shall turn in key: to the premises to the City Bureau
� of Valuations, Room 286, City Hall and Court House, immediately upon
vacating premises. . �
All terms and conditions of this Dwellaa�g Lease are hereinabov�
