RESOL�ION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condem�ing and taking an easement in
the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fiils, including
right of removai of lateral support from subject land or
remainder thereof, occasio�ed by excavations thareof or
construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with
bit�ninous material the East and West alley from the East,
North and South alley to the West, North and South alley,
and the West, North a�d South alley from the East and West alley
to Sims Ave. , all in Block 26, Charles Weides Sub. of Blocks 25
and 26 of Arlington Hilis Addition. Also changing the grade of
the hereinbefore described alieys to conform to the grade as
shawn on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works,
under Prelirninary Order a4> >46, approved December 3, 1968,
241022, approved Novanber 20, 1968, and Intermediary Order
244361 , approved June 10, 1969.
RESOLVED, That the above orde�s be and the same are hereby
ca�celled, a�nulled and rescinded, ac�d the proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
