RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
in the matter of condemning and taking an easement for
the purpose of constructi�g and maintaining a pubiic sewer
on, under and across the South 4 feet of Lot 29, 61ock 26,
Charles Weides Sub. of Blocks 25 and 26 of Arlington Hills
Addition from Edgerton St. to the alley in the rear of said
lot. Also condemning and taki�g temporary easements for
construction purpuses on the North 8 feet of Lot 28, and the North
8 feet of the South 12 feet of Lot 29, Biock 26, Charles Weides
Sub. of Blocks 25 and 26 of Arlington Hills Addition, under
Preliminary Order 241023, approved November 20, 1968, and
Intermediary Order 244362, approved June )0, 1969.
RESOLVED, That the above orders be and the same are hereby
cancelled, annulled and rescinded and the proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
