RESOLUTI�I OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the E-W alley as platted in Nughes Midwray Add, and
the N-5 alley as opened in Lot 24, Merriams Outiots. Also
construct a sewer for storm water purposes in the alley, under
Preliminary Order 244059, approved May 23, 1969, and Intermedia ry
Order 244707, approved July i , 1969.
RESOLVED, That the above orders be and the same are hereby
cancelled, annuiled and rescinded and the proceedings in
such matter discontinued.
