RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the
land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, i�cluding right
of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder
thereof, oc�asioned by excavetions thereof or const�uction of
slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
ARUNDEL STREET from Idaho Avenue to larpenteur Avenue, under
Preliminary Order 228085, approved April 13, 1966, and Intermedia ryr
O�der 228987, approved June 8, 1966.
RESOLVED, That the above orders be and the same are hereby
cancelled, a�nulled and rescinded, and the proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
