RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEDERAL EDI GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$670, 613 AND ASSIGIVING SAME TO THE HOU5ING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, NIINNESOTA FOR USE AS ONE OF
THE SOURCES OF PERMANENT FINANCING FOR THE BARCLAY TERRACE

7 WFIEREAS, the City of Saint Paul applied for and received an EDI Grant from HLID in the
8 amount of $670,613 for use as one of the sources of permanent financing in the Barclay Tenace

project ("GranY'); and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint desires to accept the Grant and assign the same to the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota ("HRA") for use in the Bazclay
Terrace project ("ProjecY'); now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the City of Saint Paul hereby
accepts the Grant and directs and authorizes the Director of the Department of Planning and
Economic Development to execute such agreements and take such action as is necessary to accept
the Crrant and implement the Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves the budget amendments
described in the attached Exhibit A.
