WHEREAS, The I,and Committee of the City of Saint Paul has
considered the declaration of surplus, by the Departuient of Public
Safety, of Fire Station No. 24, located at Seventh and Flandrau
Streets, described as fi�llows: �
Lots 14 and 15, Block 1,
Kuhl's 2nd Addition to Saint Paul
WHEREAS, It is the recommendation of the Land Committee that
said Fire Station No. 24 be offered for public sale,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent
be authorized and directed to solicit bids for sale purposes, of
the above described lands, in accordance with Ordinance 13309,
adopted by C.F. 229610, August 10, 1966.
