WHEREAS, The Land Committee of the City of Saint Paul has
considered the declaration of surplus, by the Department of Public
Safety, of Fire Siation No. 11, located at Beaumont and Bedford
Streets, described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 3, Phillips' Addition
WHEREAS, It is the reco�endation of the Land Committee that
said Fire Station No. 11 be offered for public sa1e�
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be
authorized and directed to solicit bids for sale purposes, of the
above described lands, in accordance with Ordinance 13309, adopted
by C.F. 229610, August 10, 1966.
