RE: Attached Resolution - Workmen's Comp
DATE: November 19, 1970
Donald Steimer, a plumber for the Public Safety Dept, ,
injured his back while dismantling a sprinkler system at work
on August 27, 1970. His doctor indicated he treated him for
back sprain attributable to the injury at work, and that he
would be disabled from work until September 22, 1970. Mr.
Steimer was off work for a period of three weeks , returning on
September 22, and this resolution pays him for tha.t time loss.
