Dear Mayor McCarty:
The Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee has at the re- ,
quest of the Department of Public Works reviewed the Capital Improve-
ment Budget for 1970 and recommends it be amended in the following
particulars:

1. Reduce the appropriations for project S-1276 James-Milton
Storm System by $150,000; and � �

� 2. Increase the appropriations for project 5-1359 Phalen Creek- '
North Street to Mendota by $150,000
Since both of these projects are part of the 1970 �nd year, the net
effect on the total budget is zero. �
