WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul wrecked and removed a
ha.zardous building, located at 379 Livingston in the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, and in so doing incurred the expense of $544.51;
and
WHEREAS� The City of Saint Paul filed a Statement of Lien
Expense at the office of the Register of Deeds pertaining to the
said cost of wrecking a hazardous building, and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul ha.s now acquired
the property and ha.s presented to the City of Saint Paul pa.yment of
the sum of $544.51; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul does hereby accept pay-
ment of the sum of $544.51 as representing the City' s cost incurred
in wrecking and removing the hazardous building located at 379
Livingston, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby authorize and direct its Ma.yor, City Clerk
and ComptroYler to execute a Release of Lien representing the said cost,
and discharge the said lien and transmit the origina.l Release of
Lie� to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority forthwith.
