The assessment a�f benefits, cost and eapenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
a.nd found the said assesament satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be had. an said asseasment on the 2�nd
day of December� 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
