RESOLVED, that upon recomnendation of the Health and
Welfare Corr�nittee the City Council hereby authorizes and directs
the proper city officials to renew the existing contract between
the City of Saint Paul and the Group Health Plan, Inc. with the
following rates for the year of 1971:
Monthly premium rates
employee coverage (city pay) $13.70
dependent coverage $28.40
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City shall pay $11.40 toward
the cost of the de�endents monthly premtum cost and the employee
shall pay the balance of the monthly pr�ium cost in the amount
of $17.00.

FINALLY RESOLVED, that the city clerk shall be instructed
to send a copy of this resolution to Group Health Plan, Inc.
