WHER.��... , Ordinance No . 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime work; and
WHEREAS, the Corporation Counsel has authorized overtime
during the period from December 12 through December 25, 19'70,
therefore be it
RESOLVED� That the proper City officers are hereby author—
ized to pay the employee who performed such overtime wo rk in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.

20, 23 and 24 for a total of 5 hours. This overtime work was
on appeals to the Supreme Court when deadlines had to be met
on the service of briefs.
