The applicant receives the necessary permits from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agenc and the 44 Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District regarding stormwater management, incl ing discharge of 45 stormwater into Fish Creek. The applicant must also get agreement from the State of innesota, which 46 owns Fish Creek. 47 48 6.
