In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing a relief
sewer in an essement with the centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point located at a bearing of N 89°, 32' West and a distanee of 214 feet
from the Northwest corner of the Northeast I/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30,
Tawnship 29 N., Range 22 W. ; then'ce at a bearing of South 20°, 06' East a distance of
335.76 feet; thence at a bearing of South 27°, 06' East a distance of 300 feet; thence
at a bearing of South 45°, 26' East a distalce of 450.00 feet; thence at a bearing of North
55', 19' East a distanee of 250 feet more or less to the existing Troutbrook Sewer,
under Preliminary Order 241236 ,approvec� December 6, 1968

The assessment af benefita, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa.me
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER,, Th�at a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 27th
day of _TA*++�Ar�� 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a:nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
