A public hearing having been had upan the assessment for the abave improvement, and sa.id asseas-
ment having been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finallp satisfactory,
be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said asaessment be and the same is hereby in a11 respects ratified, and the
same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the I}istrict Court of the County of R,amsey for canfirmation.
