The pending proposed Fourth Amendatory Contract (herein called the "Amendatory Contract") amending tha.t certain Contract No. Minn. E-2(G), dated the 30th day of July, 1968, by and between the City of Saint Paul (herein called the "Local Public Agency") and the United States of America (herein called the "Government"), is hereby in all respects approved. SECTION 2. The proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counter- parts on beha.lf of the Local Public Agency, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart, and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on beha.lf of the Government� together with such other documents relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the Government. E-Z THIS Fourth Amendatory Contract, made and entered into on the date hereinbelow specified by and between the City of St. Paul, Minnesota (herein called th "Grantee") and the United States of America (herein called the "Government"), WITNESSETH; WHEREAS� the parties hereto entered into that certain Grant Contract for Code Enforcement Program No. Minn. E-2(G), dated the 30L° day of July, 1968; and ` WHEREAS, the parties hereto have agreed to further amend the said Grant Contract for Code Enforcement as amended to date (herein called the "Existing Contract"); NOW, THEREFORE, for sud in consideration of the mutual benefits flowing to tYee Grantee and the Government, the Existing Contract is hereby further amended as follows: Section 1.
