RESOLVED, Tha.t the proper City Officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement between the City of Saint
Paul, Burlington Northern Inc. , and Whirlpool Corporation, said
Agreement pertaining to the reconstruction of the Pha.len Creek
Sewer and construction of a clear water sewer and whereby Burlington
Northern Inc. gives the City permission to enter upon and construct
the City' s sewers over land owned by the railroad company, a copy
of the said Agreement being attached hereto.
