WHEREAS, the Council of the City of 5aint Paul is informed by
the City Architect that the vacant and open buildings lqcated at:

-in the City of Saint Pau1 are a proximate hazard to the public health,
welfare and s afety; and
WHEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are:
Anthony and Rosa Lee Stone
-and said owners have failed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized .
persons in viol�.tion of Section 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, and
said vacant and open bui.ldings ha.ve been f.ound ancl determined by the Council
of the City of Sai�it Paul to constitute a mer.ace to the public health, �velfare
and s afety ax�d a public nuis ance which must t�e immediately aba�ed to prevent,
loss of life or property; nov,�, therefore be it
RFSOLV�D, that the City Architect is authorizecl and directed to
immediately secure said buildings by �he use of contract labor iznder Contract
No. 735F pen.ding proceedin.gs under the Hazardous L3uildings Act; and be it
FURTHER RF'SOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-2b9, Suminary Abatement, and that the Corporation
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action to rei�nburse said fund by
action against the owner of said proper.ty.(Estimated cost: $261. 36)
