WHIItEAS, Ordinence No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime wvrk, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from Nov. 28, 1970 to Dec. 11, 1970: therefore be it
RESOLDID, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances Pio. 6446 and No.
3250.
