_ WHEREAS, Vaughn's, Inc. has applied. for permission to install '
overhead street decorations at the following three locations, said decorations
to be installed July 1, 1970 and. removed July 6, 1970:
Fifth and Wabasha Streets
Fifth and. St. Peter Streets
Between Tower Theatre and Riviera Theatre
WHEREAS, the City Architect approves said req,uest and so recorru�iends
to the City Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council does hereby approve the application of
Vaughn's, Inc, to install slreet banners as above described, on July 1, 1970
subject to all terms of the Saint Paul Legislative Cod.e.
