COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE DATF
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission, Dated June 9, 1970, Theresa A. Stockton,
as widow, heir and next of kin of Joseph A. Stockton, deceased
employee, be paid the sum of $6,000.00 out of the Workmen's
Compensation Account of the General Fund in full, final and
complete settlement of any and all claims against the City of
St. Paul for benefits due the deceased during his lifetime
arising out of his injury of June 23, 1964, while employed by
the Public Safety Repair Shop, and his death on September 20,
1968.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforementioned compensation,
$1,500.00 be deducted and paid directly to Robert E. Faricy,
as and for attorney's fees herein.
