The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the repart of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a�d the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Resoived Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2ath day of

House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in th� manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the na.ture of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
