WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 325� authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the eierk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his depar�ment during the period from
,Tune 13, 1970 to �'une 26, 19?0, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials a�e hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
