RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund weekly coxnpensation of $70.00 be paid
William H. Guerin while he is temporarily totally disabled
by reason of injuries he received on May 23, 1970, while
employed by the Department of Public Works; and that $14.00
in final settlement, for disability May 30, 1970, is now due
and payable.
