her�by suthoriaed and directed to execut�, on behalf o€ t�e city, an
agreement with the Stat� of Minaesota, Depart�ent of Highwaqs, and the
City of St. Paul, pertaining to �he iastallation of six merc�ry vapor
lighting units on Franklin Avenue, twelve units on University Avenue,
five units on Territorial Road--all at Trunk Highway 280, and nine
units on Eustis Street, four units on Cromwell Avenue, two �nits on
ramps between Franklin Avenue and Pearl Street in St. Yaul, a copy of
said agreemeat being attached hereto and made a part hereof by
referenc�.
