In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the lanc�+hecessary for the slopes,
cuts and fills, itrl.uding right of removal of lateral support from subject land or
remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in
the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Marshall Boulevard
Addition "A" from Chatsworth Street to Milton Street, as part of the Sum�it-University
Renewal Area, Contract G-1904B,
under Preliminary Order 2G.6502 —, approved Decemher.?T. i 9h9 ,
Intermediary Order 247907 , approved March 17,� 1970 _,
Final Order 248359 , approved Auril 14, 1970 ,
The Commi�ssioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
�wentv-ninth da� of .rul�r,�70 _._ , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
