under Preliminary Order 248530 approv� April 21, 1970
The Council-of the City of St. Paul having received the report of'the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and'the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
.is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - .._.
2� That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is

to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Blair Avenue from Asbury Street to

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 �r li.n ft for a S' wide walk

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 21st day of
.Tu1�, 19�0 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Cou'rt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notiee of
said meeting to,the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the na:ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
