The Conncil of the �ity of St. Paul having received the report of the �Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improveme�t,,and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which �the Council recomrn,ends is - " -
to xeconstruct the sidewalk portions of which will be replaeed with integral curb
and sidewalk on both sides of University Avenue €rom Aldine Street to:Wheeler :
Street and by ding all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete ,
said imgrovement, exeept where good and sufficient poured sidewalks ncn� exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 ner ]:ia ft f�r a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per 3fi ft: for a 6' wide walk
$ 1.35 per s4 .ft for inte curb & walk
Re�olved Furt�er, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22na day of
July, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'ciock A.M., in the Gouncil Chamber of the Court
Honae and City Hai1 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Cornmissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearingr the r�ture of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
