The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the xeport of the Commisaianer of Finance
ugon the above improvement, and having -considered said report, hereby resol�e�: - .
1. That the said repoxt and the same is I�ereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvem�nt which the Council recommenda is
to construct new sidewalk on th8 north side of Stfnson 3treet from Mackubin Stree`t
to �rundel Street and by ding a11 other work which is necessary and incidental to
comple�e said improvemant,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated c�st thereof is $ 3.80 per lin f� for � 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6� wide walk �
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��Rt , day of
J»>3r, L970 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.1VI., in the Cot�ncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the�ty of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance givE notice of
saifl meeting to the persons and iri �he manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
