In the Matter of reconstructing the sideQalk on the north sida of Osceola -Avenc�e
€rom Griggs Street to Syndicate Street and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incident�l to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 24�905 approv�ed May 19, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Camrnissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having :considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improv�ement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded wi�h. `
2. That the nature of t�.e improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on-the north side of Osceola Avenue from Griggs Stre�t _
„ to Syndicate:5�reet and by doing all other raork-Which is necessary and` incidental t'o compleLe
` � said improvement, except w�iere ,good a�d sufficient poured sidewalks naw exist,
with no altQrnat'rvea, and that the eatimated cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 pe� lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Re�olved Further, That a pnblic hearing be had on said ixnprovement on the 21st day of
Ju13L, 1Q?0 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.�M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finanee give notice of
said meeting to the persvns a�d in ��e manner provided by the Charter, stating the.time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
